When you have distinguished your Core Values and Noble Cause using either the "click-down method" Dave Logan describes, the "Mountains and Valleys" exercise Julian Bergquist created, or another method you prefer, how can you share them with your friends on Facebook?

On my Facebook Profile page, I clicked "Edit Profile", selected to edit the new "Philosophy" section, entered my Noble Cause in the "Religion" field, and wrote "This is my Noble Cause" in the Description box under "Religion".  Next, I entered my Core Values in the "Political Views" field, wrote "These are my Core Values" in the Description box below that, and clicked on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Here's what it looked like step-by-step:

Step 1:  Edit your Profile page

Results of Step 1B:  Land on Basic Information page

Step 2:  Choose the Philosophy page

Step 3:  Add your Noble Cause in place of a Religion

Step 3b:  Add a description if you'd like to

Step 4:  Add your Core Values in place of any Political Views

Step 4b:  Add a description if you'd like to

Step 5:  Add People Who Inspire You and Favorite Quotations, if you'd like to, then save all your changes
